A smile is a priceless gift; it is free yet you don't know how much it positively affects the person you smiled at. I believe that starting your day with a smile is the best way to start your day. I try to make it as my motto to smile to at least one person a day. It is totally free and does not require any effort to do so I don't see any reason why you could not do it unless there is a strong reason that is holding you back to show your smile such as embarrassing or ugly teeth. I don't blame you if you are in this situation but you just don't know how much you are missing in your life. My daughter, for the longest time, has been accused of being a snob because she does not know how to smile. I told her not to waste her life just because of her bad teeth so I urged her to find the best dentist in her area and she has never been happier since then.
